Three bachelors living the fast life are forced to grow up after a baby is left outside their penthouse with a note revealing Jack (Ted Danson) to be the father. While Jack’s away, Peter (Tom Selleck) and Michael (Steve Gutenberg) are saddled with full responsibility of Mary while also getting accidentally mixed up with heroin dealers and the police.
The three actors are the perfect comedy trio even though Ted Danson’s been typecast as a player. This one of the funniest movies I’ve ever watched. It’s also got a lot of language in it for something with only a PG rating. I guess PG in 1987 is closer to the PG-13 of today. Fun for older teens and adults. I’d keep the kids away from this one unless you want to expand their vocabulary a little early.
